Cracked head or liner?

How was the head gasket checked?

If its not boiling over but pushing the water from the expansion tank even before it gets hot usually when you accelerate the engine, then it's your head gasket or at worst a crack in the head Rolling Eyes

Ive done 2 gasket this year with exactly the same symptoms, 1 on a tractor, 1 on a diesel quad bike, both were blowing water out of expantion tank and not mixing any oil and water Wink

If its only pushing water out when hot (boiling over) then i would check fan belt, thermostat and air locks in the system.
