Never had such bad service in my life!

Ordered some arch extensions for the trooper despite many calls they never turned up for nearly three months. I called them on many occasions, they said they would ring back later, they didn't ring back once Evil or Very Mad

Eventually they arrived and despite stating when ordering and later on the phone that they were for a trooper without side mouldings, guess what they say in big letters on the packaging "For trooper with side mouldings" and with no fixings at all. F**KING USELESS C**TS

Will be speaking to the manager in the morning, bet he is some ignorant *beep* too.

Thing is I fail to see how anything can be out of stock for 8 months... at the most if a product is made in Asia then its 4-6 weeks manufacture, 4-5 weeks shipping and a week UK transport & customs Rolling Eyes

If they had told me they had none in and had to get some from the supplier I would have been happy to wait. But instead they gave me a load of *beep* about delivery dates and all the usual guff.

I dont mind waiting or even sending the wrong part it's the standard of service that gets me Evil or Very Mad

Bound to be suffering if they are, or are having to charge up to double for a remold compared to competitors.

Right they said they would get it sorted with the suppliers. They said that they would give me a ring back. A week later nothing, they are not answering the phone or returning calls.

Unfortunately I paid with a debit card, but I am going to contact trading standards and try to sort it out. I am wondering if they have gone out of business Mad
