I've been with Norwich Union for five years and paid 320 quid fully protected fully comp for my 3.2V6 LWB Monterey.

Due to pulling her off the road for repairs, I asked for a quote on drive insurance, £370! how can drive insurance be more than FC FP? I've hunted around and actually got 3rd party, Fire and Theft for £160, which means I'm legal getting her to and from the garage, happy with that.

To top it all, because the 7 seaters off the road, I've had to buy a ZafiraDTi group 7 insurance, 7 groups below the V6, and they've increased the premium to 370 p.a. I got other quotes at £200, so rang Norwich Union in  Dehli to cancel, but it would have cost me more due to the cancellation charge. I was told I had to take it or lump it, and when I rang the UK switchboard to complain I was called a racist! Due to my kids being part Indian, you can guess I blew my top, so I advise anyone, keep clear of NU!
