Failed on front lower suspension bushes warn.


Right my options what are they? as I wana really get in to off roading but havent got that much money


Secondhand uprated shocks?
Standard Shock?

As I don't think I'll be able to afford 4 uprated new shocks

Never bother with secondhand shocks, its not worth the money, and you dont know how buggered they are. You may as well buy new, get some Monroe 4x4 shocks, not that expensive and pretty good for off roading.  Wink

I thought that the lower suspension bushes were normally the large bushes in the lower wishbone, nothing to do with the shocks.

If they are the wishbone bushes, some times on cars it is cheaper to get a replacement wishbone, not main dealer though!  No idea of pricing for the trooper though

If it's the big bushes in the lower arms i think they need a puller tool to remove, torsion bar bolts onto the arm too.

Got 2 brand new Monroe 4x4 shocks for 68 quid so I fitted them today pic's tomorrow then retest friday HURRAY!!!
