2003 Auto Diesel.
Had all recalls done. Actually takes longer to start since recall work completed.
Never missed a service. 62000 miles.
Cranking for 3x 10 second bursts to start during recent cold. (Only first time of day.) Taking way to long now warmer.
Had oil pressure switch replaced - plus attempt to remove glow plugs - all seized.
Normally serviced by local garage (because of bad experiences with Tileys Bristol, main agent with last trooper)
but for recalls plus oil switch etc. had to send to them.
As usual massive bill, returned with various bolts missing etc.etc.+ quote for £2000 to change glow plugs !!.
Having read these forums not convinced prob is glowplugs (alone).
Does anyone know of a Trooper wizzard within sensible drive of Bristol please. |

If i need to, i use Vale motors. It's the Isuzu dealer in Wincanton, they always sort me out, and never had a problem with them. _________________ 1997 3.1 commercial, bit of a lift, big knobbly tyres and more dints than last weekend |
