Good Day,
I have a 1991 Trooper and yesterday I noticed after starting it, a oil leak on the drivers side mid way in was a slow and continualdrip when the car was running.
It is near the starter area. I tried to locate it but no luck..it does not appear to be the oil filter(dry)..any ideas..valve covers fine, oil pan dry..not sure what else..are there hoses that could leak....
a dumb question could it be a result of a looses starter?
my stater recently has been clicking and once i looked at it it is was quite oily
Thanks

think this depends on what engine you have in there. I have a 2.8TD trooper engine in mine which has a leak by the starter but thats coming from a seal on a sensor, some sort of pressure sensor perhaps?
