how do you insert a league table into a forum thread ,it's for my lads footy side forum

It depends, if you allready have the image then upload it to a photo hosting site such as www.photobucket.com
then link to it using the [img] option.
Give us a link to the forums and I'll soon tell you because there are a few different types of forum software and some have there own uploaders.

Ahhhhh, its a script that been installed
right click the table then click "view source"  a notepad window should pop up and theres some info at the top.
And It looks like you should have a drop down menu to edit it.
