Have you tryed phoning them? They may have read your email, but at the time was to busy to reply.

i ordered a fan belt of them last week, when it arrived i left it alone in the bag for hubby to sort out atthe weekend, to find that after 2 pm when he started it and cut the old one off that the one jap parts had sent was the wrong one!!! when i called them and told them all they said was well it is an import you know!!! not helpful at all was it? the belt is going back to them for a refund and in furture im sticking to local suppliers

I just fitted a correct size fan belt, if I had not known better I would have said it was to small, I had to take the water pump pulley off to fit it then once on adjust the alternator to near full adjustment.
Its because its a 17mm wide belt  Wink
Or they sent the wrong one  Laughing
