has anyone had any dealings with holdcrofts? are they helpfull theyve got a bad rap in this area any other views on them would be welcome.

I know this is an old posting BUT I have only just joined the forum....
I have dealt with Holdcrofts  for years - just bought my fourth vehicle from them. I haven't had many problems with them - their service guys always seem very helpful and efficient but even the best dealers fall down on occasions Sad
On the sales side I think they could do better - I had to really pester them to sell me a car this time around. You'd think they would have dragged me into the showroom when I expressed an interest in actually buying something.... Confused
