Hi, my 02 3.0td starts with the first turn of the key from cold but when the engine is hot it takes a while to start.  Is this anything to worry abput?

If it starts from cold easy then all seems ok , how long is the cranking time when hot ?  2- 3 seconds 6 -8 ? more , a bit more info please .
