Evening all,

My mate has brought a 2.8tdi auto pajero swb, he has told me it is hunting whilst stationary in Drive. It does not do it in neutral or park, only in drive.

Anyone got any ideas, \i have told him he should have brought a trooper but his Mrs said they were to big.

Cheers

Sounds like its either a box problem (swap the fluid) or the tickover is set a tad high making it grab then release the gear.
