hi all, i've only just bought mine which has had a few owners over time, from the id plates she's a '92 uk spec 3.1td trooper, would she have needed any recall work & would it be too late to find out and get done as she's getting on a tad! thanks to markymoan having a look over her he told me about the winter pack which i had never heard of can't wait to winter when i can be all smug in my "OLD SHED" as some say when i'm all warm & never getting stuck compared to these smarties in there Mondies!!! _________________

Any recalls on a vehicle need to have been fixed to be able to take a trailer test in it.
That's what the test centre say. |

In that case contact I.M with your reg number and ask, or ask your local dealer to do this for you.
Allthough the only listed recall on the 3.1 is the plug for the ceramic heater as stated by Eithan H, dunno if they still do this on such old cars _________________ |
No problem, your 3.0 needs certain work doing to it.
That includes the heater and replacment injectors, dont worry all the work is done free :)
You should also get a courtesy car for the duration
Give you nearest Dealer a call and book it in, there is more info in the recall thread and i have no doubt others will give there advise.
do you know how long a warranty is given for recall work? |

Holy thread resurrection batman!!!
Technically there is no warranty given on recall work as it's classed as goodwill although Isuzu have been known to replace injectors up to 2 yrs after they were originally fitted under a campaign. |

Having had another injector fitted only two months ago (this was the 10th one). I received a recall letter today. Usual injector @ wiring check. Wonder if they will refund on the one's I have paid for!! |
