hello ppl, i have recently bought myself a w reg Isuzu trooper and before i bought it the injectors had been done on the recall, but when it has been left standing for a few hrs it seems like it really choked up and get a big cloud of smoke off, so ave took it to a local garage and they told is, it seems like the injectors, which seems strange considering the car has only done bout 300 mile since injectors have been done, so i have took it to main dealer, been there bout a week and a half and told is injectors are fine,( forgot to mention it seems like it doesn't have the power it should have ), dealer said could be injector seats or filters, or something totally different, the car hasn't ran the same since the injectors were done any help would be great cos am really lost at the min

cheers Craig

If they have done the injectors and now say the seats are knackered then I would challenge them that the seats could only be an issue due to the injectors being changed and a mistake was made. Force them to re-do the work FOC under standard consumer rights warranty. 300 miles is nothing and the issue can be connected directly to the work done already.
