been reading on the other channel (that is pocuk http://www.pocuk.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=108487  the 5th post down ) that the best way to put svo into the tank is mix it before hand with diesel, other wise if you  put the veg straight into the tank it sinks to the bottom so you get pretty well straight veg going up the pipe
so i put 12 litres svo and 8 litres diesel in a drum and shook the sh  ite out of it, let it settle 4 2 mins and then put the 1st litre into a clear bottle to see if it separates or not,
considering that its nearly 60% veg in the drum, i was surprised how viscous it was when it was mixed,
anyway it got poured into the tank which already had 45 litres of diesel in it  Crying or Very sad  but i reckon the 3.0 would happily run on 50/50 but im not brave enough to try it, sticking at 20/30% svo Wink

Here's a chart of Viscosity.   Best to heat the oil with a Heat Exchanger.  Mine is normally between 50-65 degrees depending on speed I'm doing.
