If i had paid a couple of K for my truck then i would not entertain anything other than 100% derv ... due to a kick in the lower regions if i had trashed my 500 squids on veg then i would have weighed her in and scrapped her !!!! as it it is no loss she has monstered arround for the last 2 years on 50/50 .... 70/30 ... 20/80 .... 90/10 ..... 100% .... veg ... for no cost to myself ..... ( good buddy on an C&C ) ... my suzie kicks *beep* and if she dies in the morning then she owes me nothing .... *beep* the goverment .. i love my izzy i even helped out my mate on friday at a police stop on a tow truck mmm my baby rocks and gives the 2 fingers to the goverment ... it is the best truck/car we have ever owned .... honestly if i had spent 21k on my last motor like i did and then waited for 3 years to hand it back to to the finance company then spent 500 on and scrapper for the other half which turns out to be the best truck we would ever buy then OMG how happy would you be ... £400 every month to .... £.000.000 ....... My Suzie Rocks !!!!!! |

Well due to the fact that the government is slipping one in your ars* every time you visit the forecourt i've put the Bighorn on 50/50 svo/derv, Running sweet at the moment, I paid £1.10 a litre for veg oil from tesco but i will be keeping an eye out now for cheaper stuff, Even at £1.10 it's a 37 pence saving every litre split that in two because of running 50/50 and it's the best side of a 20p a litre saving and the way these things drink it won't take long to make a difference. Now then who's selling the cheapest SVO? _________________

iv noticed that since the so called strike threat, the price around here has shot up around 6p litre
having the petrol price app helps, finding tescos and sainsburys cheapest at the mo, as they say, every little helps
last time i brimmed the trooper it was around £110 ish, the astra only costs £70 , still goes down as quick tho _________________ atb kevin

Cheapest so far (less than a pound a litre ) and 3 miles up the road. (i'd got wrong one it's 13 miles )
Do you not pay vat on veg oil? as it says £18.99 exc VAT and £18.99 inc VAT?????????

KTC at Makro is cheapest. You will need a funnel though as its just a screw top as opposed to the one pictured that has a extendable spout. i have rigged up a pipe fitting with tap and a piece of tube in a cap of the KTC drum. It then sits on the roof and drains into the car. This enables me to drink more tea. |

no 3.1. I wouldn't use it in a 3.0 "just in case" |

i used to run veg in the 3.0 with no probs at all, always use to mix it in a drum before it put it in the tank tho _________________ atb kevin
