I have a 2000 SWB commercial that i need to take side panels(where back passenger windows would be). There is obviously a seal but cannot work out how to get this out

anybody got any ideas

I'm guessing you want to take the steel panels out? If its a rubber seal you could try pouring boiling water over it to soften it and then lay in the back and shove it with your feet, I've removed windscreens like this before or alternativeley cut the seal and use a new one when you refit.
