|
|
After a bit of advice please.
I'll be fitting a towbar to the bighorn next week and i'm no wiring expert.
I've had a look at the thread telling me which wire is which etc......no problems yet.
As the wiring came off another car i only have the cable from the socket so not sure if there was any relays etc.
My question is do the wires splice straight into indicators etc.
Thanks in advance

If you get the Isuzu socket there is a plug up behind the bumper so you dont have to cut into things. _________________ |

Just had a quick look, i only seem to have the loom that goes to the tank sender, my bumper never had any lights in it so thats prob why theres no plug or other loom, so looks like i'm splicing then. _________________

The indicators normally go through a relay. Hella do one called a 'Transflash'. It either lights a lamp on the dash to show that the
trailer indicators are working or some have a buzzer to let you know. I believe you have to have some sort of indication, by law,
so that you know they are working. |
