Hi All,

Having a problem where my car starts from cold first time, but once it's warm it'll need a bit of throttle to start up.

Yesterday morning I went to start it and it started after a cough, then a loud "BANG". It's running fine now, despite still having the same warm start issues. It's also a bit louder now, which is sounds like a hole in the exhaust.

Should I be panicing, or just worrying?

Alex

If the bang came from under the bonnet, check the air box lid is secure and all fittings from it, Mine used to do it but only on lpg(worth a try though)
