less power in 2.4 surf.
Purchased this surf recently, while driving it shows the green turbo light, but when comparing to other surf's own by my friends the pulling power is low in this.
didn't see the butterfly valve moving during engine off but it stays open always.(doubt whether VSV is working correctly). As i noticed butterfly is in its middle position, will there be a problem if i tie it to be in full open position always???
