Can anyone recommend any garages for servicing a 1992 3.1TD SWB in Mid-Cornwall?
Equally important, is there anywhere I really should avoid?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I could. I have never serviced anything quite so large before, nor a diesel, so lack a little confidence. But then if I can service a Honda 400/4, an Isuzu should be a doddle!
Could you please give me an address, or a web link, for milners?
Thanks
