After having the keys to my 1992 3.1 Tdi stolen from my house I contacted Equicar regarding replacement barrels or keys. I spoke to a very helpful lady there and she said that if I came over they'd be able to get me sorted. Within an hour I had a full set of door handles complete with barrels etc, a complete ignition barrel, a glove box lock and a key, all off of a single vehicle so no messing with several keys and all for for £45.

Ironically though, when I got back home the keys had been found about half a mile away by a dustcart crew who, after a fair bit of detective work, had managed to track me down.
