I'm bloody fuming.
I have had an on going issue with Adrian flux, due to them giving premium credit the wrong bank details. I contacted them when they sent my renewal through and gave them the correct details which they chose to ignore in favour of their incorrect details.
So when my payment didn't go through I phoned up and corrected them, paid by card and gave them the correct details again.
The next thing I know is I get a letter from Adrian flux stating that my credit agreement has been cancelled and they will cancel my policy unless I pay them the rest of the years amount in full. Which I couldn't afford. I questioned why it hadn't been cancelled and they said they didn't know and they would look into things, and wouldn't cancel my policy.
I didn't hear anything from them so have phoned several more times to be told to be patient, they will get in touch when they have completed their investigation.
I received a letter today, notifying me that my policy was cancelled a WEEK ago.
I am fuming.... to add insult to injury they haven't even done any investigation. I've now got to somehow get the.car insured today, with no money till the end of the.week for a deposit.
I'll be avoiding Adrian flux like the plague from now on.

I'm in my 4th year without a problem, the direct debits are never early and the recovery service is second to non _________________ |

I only speak to my insurance via email and a follow up email post voice call. Especially when they said it was fine to convert a 5 seater to a 7 without a single check of any kind (they are completely different back ends. Contrary to popular belief) _________________ www.independentisuzu.co.uk |

I think the title is very unfair, its OK to give an opinion of service but ALL companies have problems with a small amount of people.
Some more than others and Flux are one of the better ones _________________ |
