Are you talking about used engine oil or used vegetable oil?

that's what I thought.  Laughing
50/50 is perfect, might even be able to reduce the ratio of diesel a wee bit.
I was told to start at 50/50 then reduce diesel by 1 liter per fill. When it gets smoky, add a liter of diesel and that's your mix.
BUT.......50/50 should keep the wvo in suspension even in the coldest weather.

Let it settle for a week or so then filter the oil at no more than 5 micron, 1 micron would be perfect.

I have a lot of experience with running a trooper on veg oil. 50/50 the vehicle 'should' run like its on diesel. Your filter will need changing soon and will need changing a few times again after that. I need to change my filter again today. This is because veg will pick up all the *beep* in the tank and the fuel lines.
I filter my oil down to 1 micron and dewater in a steel drum with an immersion heater. You should dewater your oil or otherwise you will eventually get injector pump troubles. The water causes your pump to corrode.
