Pretty sure the trailer cant be over 750kg unbraked, the Trooper itself is 2600kg max with a combined of 5600kg (Based on a mk3 LWB)
So that would be 3350KG with an unbraked trailer _________________ |

So I can put 2600kg in the back of the motor and 750kg in the trailer which in total is about 3ton. |

No mate, you can put about 650kg in the truck including people as it weighs about 1950kg empty.
The 750kg is including the trailer.
So in reality thats a load of 1300kg ish split between truck and trailer, if you can get a heavy trailer (braked) then you can tow 3500kg if the truck isnt loaded.
But that depends on when you passed your test, its all very complicated yet simple _________________ |

thats about what I want to load, 1320kg, so if I put about half an half in each I should be ok I think, not sure what my trailer weights but I would think its about 150 kg max. |

As long as it doesnt look overloaded you should be fine, distance matters as well, as you could be on your way to the weighbridge
I have had near a tonne in the back of mine with the seats down and it sat fine _________________ |

150 miles, best to stay legal then, there is a plate on the bonnet slam panel that tells you the accurate legal weights, and is your trailer plated? _________________ |

VOSA can do you for overloading, and it's not just total weight that counts. They'll check individual axle weights too.
As Marky said, check the plate under the bonnet, it'll tell you the following
GCW = Gross (Train) weight (max). GVW = Gross Vehicle Weight (max), then there's a figure for each axle. If VOSA weigh you, and ANY of these figures are exceeded, they'll have you.
So, if fully laden, GCW minus GVW = Gross Max trailer weight
It's worth getting the motor and the trailer weighed unladen, then you've got a starting figure. _________________
