Hi all, a mate of mine has a '96 2.8 shogun, it starts fine but runs really rough until the engine gets warm, does anyone have any ideas about what it could be? Cheers Pete.

Take em out and stick em across the battery and see if they glow is the best way .

It might be the timer control gone,I've done a few conversions to a push button switch on these .

Ok great stuff, is there any issues taking the glow plugs out like there are on a 3.0 troop?
