I've snapped one in the past, and had 3 very tight out since, just penetratinv fluid and very slowly work forwards and backwards. 10 minutes per bolts should get them out.

Can someone please explain how to blank off the EGR system?

I suspect that mine may be causing some issues.

Many thanks  Confused

Well I Have used a... 10 cents coin. I don´t know if the actual currency will do the job. But we have bronze coins that fit perfectly in the inside of the Egr, blanking it. Is so easy that way.
I run on petrol, so after a test run and with no improvement I leave them without the coin.

Cheers.
