Some friends of ours had there Kawasaki quad stolen by some little scroats, it was recovered by the police but was in a bad state, wiring ripped out completely packed with mud i got it running again but they were offered another newer quad for next to nowt so the Kwaker sat for about a month outside. My wife was up at theres one day and they asked if i wanted it so she got it for me as a surprise which is great cause i love stuff like that to tinker with  Rolling Eyes

How it was when i got it not running after sitting out in all weather for a month partially stripped as they were gonna ''do it up''

Had to strip carb and repair diaphragm as it was split and cleaned all jets out, still wouldnt start was very lean and kept firing back through carb, would run for a few seconds with my hand over air inlet but then ended up with fuel down exhaust which exploded a few times blowing all old patches off so exhaust needed replacing. All the plastics were broken and hanging off so i took them off and refit the front and rear racks removed excess brackets and generally cleaned it up, how it looks now, im liking the mad max look.

Exhaust is a titanium can off a Kawasiki 1000 sumink or over off eebuygum, turned out water in fuel and bad setting of carb runs beautiful now

Errm yeah  Embarassed

Wrapped exhaust in heatwrap today to stop it burning my leg also i love the look
