My 1994 ISUZU Citation 3.1 TD has just passed its MOT (advisory note says slight play in off side lower suspension arm ball joint, small cracks rear tyres innerwalls)

Smoke Test fast pass 1.05 (so some scope on adjusting fuel pump)as limit is 3.00

Body work and chassis all sound.

can relax till next year

Somebody mentioned about revving the tits off the motor to check the emissions. The garage I use for my M.O.T`s only revs to around 3000 rpm and thats enough according to them. My mate had his cambelt go on his diesel Escort a year or two back at another local garage, and it cost him over £400 for head and valve work. Needless to say he know uses the same place as me. Gordons Motors in Loughborough Leics.
