hi  my trooper allways breaks down when towing revs go to 3000  to go up hills then cuts out and will not start
only does it when its been driving for a long time around 100 miles
had new  oil  control valve fitted 4 months ago   can any help its last chance then its off to the scrap yard

dealers saying oil not Twisted Evil  getting  up to the injector rail  they think its a pick up pipe

Could be or the hpop has gone, if they put an extra 2 litres in past the max mark that will prove the strainer

they saying its not the pickup pipe now it could be the oil pump they are waiting readings from isuzu to check them
if it that  i wil scrap it its only got 50000 miles on  it with history so it will have to go unless i can  get a oil pump cheap

they should have a set of gauges they can put on it that come with instructions and what pressures should be what, if the control valve is good and the gauge isn't reading enough pressure then the pump has gone, there should be 30-40 psi up to the pump then some thing like 3000 psi after 15 secs of cranking

You can't repair them only replace them, so best bet is eebuygum or trooperdan on here or trooper simon

picked the car up from the dealers the other dealer did not change orpcv  just ripped me off just cleaned it out  had a new one fitted

drove down the road  cut  but would start back up they had it back  changed the crankshaft sensor run fine until you drove it on a motorway
then cut out again  but started back up cut out in the 4th lane on the m62   run all day round town
