might do, so look for injectors changing from disabled to enabled if they don't then you have no oil or cam or crank signal so check for an engine speed when cranking, you can't see the cam signal unfortunately but it very rarely goes wrong. then check the oil pressure is going up to at least 4mpa, also check what it says the batt voltage is if it's 5-7 volts but the engine is cranking over ok then the ecu is knackered, also check the rpcv increases up to nearly 100% after about 12 secs of cranking.

Hi.

After going through all the tricks put up here I tried to get a loan of a tech2 ,
Couldn't so went out and bought one.

After it arrived I spent 2 weeks getting the correct software then I diagnosed the pig in 10 seconds as a faulty rops ,

Got the bit a few weeks ago but been busy with other jobs so hoping to have it done this side of Christmas.

Best of luck

Hi

Where did you get the tech 2
Is it a Chinese one and if so is it any good ?
I have been thinking of getting one for a while now but so many mixed reports about the Chinese ones
