overheated now will not start up

hi i am back again i have a 1999 wizard 4jx1 turbo i was going along and it overheated i lost power and the 4x4 just stopped there was a hole in a ho just under the turbo there was water  coming out of fixed that had to tow it home it turns over but will not start pls help me  Confused

Oh dear thats not good ,may have scored the bores up and lost compression best to have the head off to check or do a compression test .

should be around 400-450 psi i think
