I need to get into my front drivers door to replace the outside handle unit, ive removed the two large screws that seeem to hold the handle/grip thing to no effect.
Do  i need a special tool to remove the trim?
It is a 1998 3.1 lwb.

its held on with plastic pop-clip things.

Once you've undone the screws, pick a corner and just sort of pull. you'll feel it unpop and you can work round all the sides unpopping it, then just lift it up over the door lock pin.
