Here's the gen
Wife was driving home and vehicle just died
Rac couldn't fix so towed her home
Have checked fuel and primer is solid stripped down and cleaned
When cranking over it shows no pressure at the oil gauge usually it does when cranking
No smoke out the back have tried the white wire trick no joy
What's the next step guys

Plunger seems ok oil pressure up with 2 liters straight brakes light fine |

Tech2 time then, could be crank sensor but it's easier to see on diagnostic equipment |

check the engine rpm, the oil pressure for the injectors, state of injectors so either enabled or disabled |

in the plug by the dipstick tube which is probably full of oil look for pin 'c' it's stamped in to the plastic and will be one of the middle wires in one of the rows. it should be a white wire but is probably yellow or brown with age, either cut the wire but leave enough to rejoin it or remove it from the plug and see if it starts. if it does you most likely need a new orps which should be zeroed on tech2 so it runs at it's optimum. also this is a test only don't drive it with the wire disconnected as it can cause damage to the engine. |
