Radiator holed on 3.0td replacement question

Unfortunately I had a bit of a collision with a rather large fallow buck. Needless to say he came off worse but he did mange to hole my rad. 3.0td rads appear thinning on the ground but it appears that the 3.1 rad is the same, 2002 3.0 manual by the way.

Can anyone confirm that the 3.1 rad is a direct and appropriate fit to the later 3.0td.

I have managed to straighten out most of the bodywork, grille, lights, front panel etc, it's just the rad keeping me off the road...

Pop down a scrappy and measure and check  . I have saw a 3.0 but didn't pay much attention
