can anyone tell me what fluide i should use for power steering and what is the best way to drain it?

You will need Automatic Transmission Fluid - Dexron III

The flushing process needs the system bled afterwards and takes up a page in the manual - Section 2A-12
If you don't have a copy, type manual in the search box above and you should find plenty of links to download it as a PDF file.
