it may need bleeding at the pump end. 12mm bleed screw between inj pipes on rear of pump. if fuel comes out crack pipes off on injectors to bleed air out. A dry pump may need 30 seconds of cranking

Hi
Good working pump is coming Monday from Hooton 4x4
Is this right

Quick version
Take off drive belts
Radiator Ect take off bottom pullie
Timing cover off

Now turn the engine by hand on crank with 24 mm socket

Line up timing marks injector pump pullie lock off bolt about 2 o clock

Undo pipes of pump wires
Remove brackets from lower bit take of the three nuts tap pump out

Fitting new one do all above but fitted it

Priming

Undo bleed screw pump primer so fuel goes out
The one by one bleed injector pipes
At this point can I start car without intercooler on?

Take that bleeding only have car turning over no more than 30 seconds

Please let me know
