Just a quick Q .... yesterday on the way home from having my truck lifted i pulled up behind a Suzuki swift , and my head lights was shining through the aforementioned car , ... so will I need to adjust them down for MOT or just the on board levelling thingy ? _________________ Isuzus are immortal. I only just passed the Mot after lifting mine a total of 6"
I have to keep them at the lowest position on the adjuster wheel or I would blind everyone!
It would be easy enough to pack out the mounting points though, it would only need a few mm spacer to bring the beam down _________________ 1999 3.0 TD Duty SWB

Why not just wind them down a tad with the adjusting screw by the headlight?
There should be one for left/right and another for up/down.
Park in front of a wall with your lights on and tweak them a bit until they are both where you want it and both the same height. Remember the number of turns so you can return them to the original position if needs be. I would do a full turn and see where it gets you. _________________ 1990 Isuzu Bighorn LWB Mk.I 2.8TD Manual Lotus Edition

That's right, there should be an adjustment screw on the back side of the headlight. |

The adjuster screw is accessed from the front. It is at the top of the lense. Philips head screw. _________________ 1990 Isuzu Bighorn LWB Mk.I 2.8TD Manual Lotus Edition
