Can you buy Isuzu replacement pipes as service items, or do you have to get them made?

Absolutely, you may buy brand-new power steering hoses. I once tried installing used hoses, when I replaced a power steering cooler. But they were clogged. And as a result my power steering started to overheat, due to filter clogging as well. So I had to go to the station again, have the power steering system washed (they do it with the same fluid they fill into the system), then they replaced a filter and I paid for all that! So from my experience I would recommend going with brand-new hoses (and if you want to save on those, go with the aftermarkets, OE-style, but not by Isuzu). You'll save some $$$$$ on it.
