Got a battery warning light with a looks like abs waving light come up today.
Any clues please

Sorry mate i tried to put up pic, but i cant seem to do so.
Its a battery warning light along with a brake light warning as it turns out.
Was totally dead this morning so thinking the battery was no good i got another...replaced but still the same lights show.
Also put a meter in battery without engine running and it showed 12.7 volts. With engine running it shows the same voltage

| sounds like the alternator has had it, you should have about 14.5 with engine running |

That was the issue with mine charging light and abs.they would flash though not stay on after £400 spent at local dealership they couldn't diagnose.
Ethan did here without sreing it 
Mine was new alterntor required |
