hi peeps i have a 3.1td bighorn m reg recently the alternator light came on the voltage dropped i tested voltage across the battery it has two both wear around 12v
i changed the alternator £170 80a later still the same i still have only around 11.8-12.8v driving me crazy could it be the blue relay although there is only between 11.8v-12.8v coming up to it but what ive found interesting is there are two wires that go into a connector next to the battery tray which are the two wires i think that come from the rear of the alternator and go to the fuse box and im getting a voltage reading of 35v
