Hi. I have my trooper with the tires in this state. I imagine that I will have to change them but I do not know where to find them. I would also like to know if it is very difficult to change them. Thank you

they are body mount bushes probably only available from a dealer and providing you can get the bolt out they are reasonably easy to change
