Hey everyone! I am new here, so glad to see y'all. Now, I recently picked up an 82 Bighorn and plan to restore it. I've done a lot of suspension and body work, now it's time for electrical stuff. You know, I have never had experience with installation of aftermarket parts onto the older vehicles like this Isuzu. So I wanted to ask you folks if that is possible at all to install those LED sealed beam headlights into the older truck? I mean, will teh system recognize these lights? Won't they burn something (I mean, they produce heat, as far as I've read, and I am kinda confused on if it is a good idea or no).
Yet I've seen an old Bronco, that has got such lights in, so I kinda thought why no?
Just wanted to check with you folks the technical aspect of such an upgrade...

Okay, I gave it a try, here's what is coming to me - carid. com/spec-d/7-round-black-projector-full-led-headlights-mpn-lhp-7rndjm-ms.html
If you want pics or installation details - let me know, I will be doing an install as soon as the lights come

Heat shouldn't be a problem. My friend runs these on his 4x4 wrangler too, they're great! Just be wary of load on the wiring circuits your applying them to (dip beam/full beam especially), if possible maybe work out the amperage the headlights will be applying to these circuits and see if the fuse is rated high enough (DONT just change the fuse for a higher rated one as the wiring wont be able to take the load)
