I have put the puller together with a complete sleeve change kit:

This includes sleeve fitting tool, and a neat tool to align the fuel holes in the sleeve with those in the head perfectly.

Sorry folks, Google appear to have borked Picass Web albums.  Sharing images and videos with 'Public' ie anyone doesnt actually work.
So back to my own trusty webserver.  Better luck this time.

Yes, we still have the tool - from the experiences of lending/renting so far, this is how we work:-
You need to have all the parts in your hand and be ready to go, with time set aside to do the job.  First week's cost covers borrowing the tool and sending it to you.
We'd expect the tool to be returned to us the week after we sent it to you.

This is to be fair to others who want it - it often happens that a couple of requests come close on each other.
It also often happens that a request for the tool comes in, and it is weeks or months before we get the message that all the parts are in, during which time the tool has been used by others.

If you need any more info PM me.

Hi all,
Hope someone can help. HAving a nightmare at the mo' - putting more white/grey smoke out the back than the Red arrows, plus dripping oil from the exhaust. Vehicle went in to a dealership for injector replacement - warranty job - and hasn't worked since. After inspecting the 'new' injectors it appears that the inlet holes on two seem to be misaligned with the centreline, as the other two are. My question: is this meant to be? And, do the sleeves have to be aligned with the fuel inlets running through the head - my logic says they should but just checking before I go back and play absolute hell.

Sonest help would really be appreciated. If anyone could recommend an experienced mechanic in West Wales it would also be appreciated.

Adrian

Sleeve holes should line up with the gallery in the head yes. Injector holes not so. They can be facing any which way.

if you mean the holes around the edge of the injector then they are the exhaust ports for the used oil and don't matter where they face
