|
|
Good morning everyone,
since November 2017 I once found water under the front mats.
I did not understand where the water had arrived ... here in Rome it does not rain a lot and I have not had the chance to rehearse.
In the last days it rains a lot and I noticed infiltrations from the roof (see photo)
and I imagined that water flows in the uprights and reaches the bottom
Yesterday I put silicone under the front attacks of the bars carrying parcels but this morning I have not yet solved ...
Do you have any suggestions? Has anyone already happened?

Sorry I forgot to specify, has no sunroof.
I thought the water came in from the front brackets of the longitudinal bars,
so I shot silicone under them, but the next day I still found the sky wet in the front, the rest of the sky seems dry !!

putting the silicone where you put it doesn't really stop them leaking, you need to remove the securing screws that hold the bars to the roof and put the silicone in the screw holes then bolt everything down. also the windscreen seal can leak due to corrosion under the top trim and leak water in there, |
