Hi guys, my 4jx1 seems lik there is not enough compression, while cranking I can put a rag over the intake and it will just sit there, should that happn or should the engine suck the rag in?

probably just sit there it's only turning over at about 200 rpm, whats the story behind it not starting

Hi Eithan,I posted about this before, drove it in the yard and it stall itself and haven't started since, I change all the relevant small parts for new parts, still will not start

ok thats good so do the injectors go enabled when cranking? if so do they pass the injector control test?

They pass the click test but they don't enable

They pass the click test but they don't enable


So I did a test on the starter and it seems like it's drawing too much power, so it won't bring the engine up to speed so off to the repair shop it goes
