when cranking look at injectors to see if they are enabled if not then it's not seeing cam or crank or oil pressure. if they are enabled then all of them are ok and it's something else. if your getting a cranking speed of at least 200rpm then thats fine and look at the oil pressure for the injectors it needs to be about 4mpa. if your only getting rpm at about 100 then it's not seeing cam and crank at the same time which could be due to one or both sensors gone or timing out or the crank can't see the timing ring for some reason which could be a weak sensor or it could be the thrust bearings are worn giving the crankshaft to much movement. you can shave the sensor bracket down maybe 0.5mm to allow the sensor closer to the ring.

So after months of trying to start this 3L I sent the computer to Miami to have it check and was told the main power supply was shot and had a lot of cold solver open joints, lest hope when I get it back this Trooper will start, I long to drive her.
