Hi guys.great forum.
Been pulling at my Japanese trooper all day-removed the exhaust warm-up valve, blanked the egr valves, removed heaps of excess vacuums
Replaced the intercooler to pump diaphragm vacuum
Blew air up the fuel line from the tank in case of any blockage

Still plenty of black smoke and revs seem to climb the same from bottom to top-turbo doesn't seem to kick in and push them up any better

There is some oil in the intercooler

The turbo is spinning freely i even ran the engine without the front pipe on the turbo

The actuator is free

I removed the pipe from intercooler to the boost compensator on the pump and it seems to run no different at all

This thing was doing this 10yrs ago when I got it and I left it sitting in a shed as I was living aborad

Iv recently returned so spend the odd day trying to get it sorted

Its had new fuel filter also, innjector cleaner in the tank and fresh diesel

Starts absolutely perfect-heavy snow recently and way below freezing...sitting outside for few days...1 glow and she fires up perfect.ticks over lovely drives good just doesn't feel to ahv a turbo and plenty of black smoke

Iv been all through the forum before joining trying things but no luck

Any help would be great!!
