I drive from the london/essex border to slindon safari between Arundel & Chichester, £26 per vehicle per day.
http://www.4x4driving.co.uk/location.htm

Went there a couple of weeks ago, great fun even in my "stock" bus, a LWB 1988 Mitsi Shogun, some slight damage to cheap nasty side steps as a result of ruts created by the bigger trucks on the "easy" route, was fine all morning but gradually got deeper & deeper.

Some parts of the "white" route for shineys are hopefully being examined before the next meet as some of the more extreme trucks were carving deep ruts on one small stretch. Plenty of mud, bombholes. axle twisters and even some pretty big puddles that could almost be classed as small lakes:) Plenty to keep newbies and shineys happy, all the way to wooded areas that are classed as "winch vehicles only". Constant CB monitoring for people who try take it too far

I will be going again without doubt and due to its relative closeness to home will probably make it a regular trip. Perfect for training the missus in the finer arts of vehicle control off the hard stuff. I happily spent 4 hrs driving round in circles & watching the big boys play. Non road legal vehicles allowed in on trailers (mainly comp specials and a couple of fourtracks missing lights & windows when I was there). Everything from little Suzis to seriously modded specials could be seen, and nobody mocked my bus!!!!!
