Guys, I've rise my trooper up at the rear 1.5", I cary alot of tools. I can't see the load sensor value.

Were these fitted to LWB auto Jap imports?, I have an old SWB that I use for parts, I can see the value on it.

Any advice is welcome.

Some models apparently did not have one fitted. If yours has one it will be mounted to the underside of the floor pan directly above the rear axle. There will be a long arm coming out of it which is connected via a 3 to 4 inch long spring to the rear axle. If you know exactly how much lift you have fitted, the easiest way to adjust the compensator is to fit an equivalent extension to the mounting bracket on the axle. This returns the valve to its original position and saves a lot of grief trying to set it up on a rolling brake tester.

just undo the rod and reweld on a higher part of the axle to compensate for the relevant lift.

Why weld when it can be done with the original mounting bolts and a piece of flat bar ?

Thanks guys, it doesn't have one, how does it adjust the pressure when there is more weight on the rear?
