can anybody help om my 1996 bighorn 3.1td on my dash theres a switch with a picture of a engine management sign with a symbol though the middle like heater plug sign can anybody tell what this is for cheers

Yup, its the do not touch switch.
Namley the quick warm up, it shuts flap on the inlet and outlet to warm the engine quicker, BUT they have a nasty habit of sticking closed  Shocked

I would say so yes, even better is to pull the plug of the back.
Its the sort of thing that works great in siberia, but doesnt get used in warmer places, so they stick and cause problems  Sad
